You will find most of our homes have been “over-improved” for the neighborhood they are located in. For Example, you might typically find in a neighborhood that most of the kitchen counter tops are Formica, but we might install granite. This, coupled with our aggressive pricing strategy, helps to facilitate a quick sale. Our houses usually do not stay on the market long. If you find one you like we suggest you move quickly.
